In practice: Casdep is a foreign operator without a Belgian licence. Seen in that light, this is suited to the cautious player.

The offering mapped
Casdep is not bound by the Belgian restrictions and therefore shows more: slots from dozens of studios plus live tables. The price is losing EPIS, oversight and the weekly limit.
Dice games are the Belgian hallmark: take It Or Not, Mega Wheels, Gold Spinner, it is a format that runs almost nowhere else.

Bonus and small print
The number on the banner is rarely the interesting part. Start from €100 bonus and 30x wagering, then €3,000 has to pass through the games before you can take anything out.
At most operators, slots usually count 100%, table games often just 10% — or not at all. The €200 weekly limit shows whether this fits your budget.
What the law imposes
The rules on player protection here run considerably more strictly than a few years ago and you notice it at signup. The standard limit runs to €200 per week per site.
EPIS is the Gaming Commission's central exclusion system: one registration excludes you at once from every licensed operator, online and on-site. The register is not public. Since 1 September 2024 the minimum age is 21 for casino, gaming hall and betting; only the National Lottery stays at 18. The check is automatic.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I have myself blocked?
EPIS is the central register — registering is enough to stay out everywhere at once. The exclusion cannot be undone straight away. Unlicensed sites are not connected to it.
- Is Casdep legal in Belgium?
No — the name is missing from the white list and shows up in the blocking register. Status can change; re-check the list if in doubt. The list is public on gamingcommission.be.
- Is there a deposit limit?
€200 per week per site applies automatically; you need not request it. It is on by default; you need do nothing. The limit applies per site, not across all sites.
- From what age may I play?
From 21. The bar rose in September 2024, only the lottery stayed at 18. Without valid ID you do not get through. The 2024 reform aligned every form of play.
- Are winnings taxed?
No. In Belgium gambling winnings are untaxed for the player — the levy sits with the operator. Ask for advice if large amounts are involved. No declaration is therefore needed.
- How does wagering work?
A bonus is only worth something once you convert the wagering into euros. The terms usually sit at the bottom of the bonus page. Watch the maximum stake while clearing, too.
